Greek Seasoning Mix

2 t oregano
1 1/2 t onion powder
1 1/2 t garlic powder
1 t salt
1 t black pepper
1 t parsley
1 t basil
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t thyme


1. Grind spices in food processor or coffee grinder.
2. Store in air-tight container.
